Features
In general, PrintNet T Triple Suite's functionality can be described in three phases:

During the collaboration phase managers and designers plan, create the content elements, and define the rules for how pages will come together. Marketing managers can envision compelling messages and use the communications medium best suited to reach targeted audiences. Product managers define the copy to be included in insurance policies, prospectuses, or policy booklets. These managers determine the full plan and rules for assembly. They define what content must be displayed to each customer. They author the content modules with familiar tools such as Microsoft Word or Adobe InDesign.

PrintNet T Triple Suite tracks the many versions created during the planning phase, routes them for approval, and stores them for use. Designers use their favorite tools such as Quark Express to create artwork and page elements. They use PrintNet T's powerful graphical interface to define page templates into which content from an array of sources will be assembled.

Even managers without technical backgrounds can define the rules and conditions for when and where content is called. IT managers maintain their existing databases without change. They use PrintNet T's graphical interface to link as many of these assets as is necessary, and use PrintNet T's graphical workflow tools to link together stored procedures to load data, perform transforms, filters and other critical data handling processes.

In the generation phase, PrintNet T follows this easy-to-create instruction set. It processes the rules associated with a template, fetches (pulls) the correct page and design elements, collects and transforms data, assembling them according to the design rules. Executives and production associates alike can view data online before approving for accuracy and quality. Now the job can be processed for output, spooled for printing to high speed printers, or made available to the customer, customer relationship associates and decision makers when needed.

In the delivery phase, PrintNet T can compose and drive content to multiple outputs. These include Web-based pages for proofing or routing to call centers and other customer service assets, as well as a wide range of print devices, including the industry's most high performance variable content printers.
